If we are to learn leadership, we learn it at the feet of the Absolute Leader, Jesus Christ. The purpose of this blog is to allow Christian leaders, whether in the home, business, or church, to have a voice in discussing matters of Christian leadership. The church has had to go to the world for leadership resources for too long. It is time that we seriously look at the example of Christ as the Absolute Leader of our homes, businesses, churches, and our lives.

Tim has been in the pastorate for over 20 years and has specialized in planting churches and developing leaders. His passion is helping others, especially pastors, learn how to lead effectively and in a God glorifying way. Much of the material he uses is derived from his extensive writing and research in the area of leadership. He also is affiliate faculty at a major university in the Denver area teaching leadership and communications to graduate students. He and his wife, Pam, have been married for over 30 years and have two adult children and 2 grandchildren.
